Keeping You On Time

Turnaround Welding Services can also step in and offer complete mechanical service when your company is falling behind on a turnaround schedule. "We come in and bring you up to schedule," Eddie Garza, President of Turnaround Welding Services, said "We get your unit up on time. The secret to our success is our people. Our craftspeople have worked together for many years, they are a close knit team that travel form project to project together which creates a higher level of safety and productivity than any other specialty welding contractor." Upon forming Turnaround Welding Services, Garza and Underwood brought a core group of personnel with them - their co-workers of 13 years. They are supported by a wealth of experience - 250 superior welders and a talented pool of 2,000 riggers, fitters and helpers ready to conquer any job.

Highly Trained Personnel

At Turnaround Welding Services, even the welders are trained to perform each job, so that everyone can fill in where needed. "You can be a good welder, but if you can't do everything else, you are not going to be with us," Garza said. "Clients see the willingness to not only get the job done, but to exceed expectations, and they appreciate everyone involved. Turnaround Welding Services maintains a weld rejection rate of less than 1% year after year. "We recruit the best," Garza said. "Our customers expect just that and that is exactly what we deliver. Mike Underwood (Vice President of Turnaround Welding Services) and I are very involved in what goes on. We go out on jobs with our guys and believe in hands-on." Having the best craftsmen available isn't the only thing attracting clients to Turnaround Welding Services.

Safety is No. 1. If you do not have a good safety record, you do not even get a chance to bid on a job. And that is what we have to offer. Our team possesses an excellent safety record and is worthy of being at the top of everyone's list
-Eddie Garza, President of Turnaround Welding Services

With safety and quality in place, production runs smoothly, allowing for successful, timely completion of any task. Clients are afforded these factors through the extensive training the team at Turnaround Welding Services undergoes. "You must have all three factors secured," Underwood said. "We give the clients the safety and quality they need and our production reflects that."
